Returns & Refund Policy

Buyer Payments, Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

Time of payment

Due to the extensive amount of work required prior to the shipping of your order (e.g., User Content preparation for customized t-shirts), Buyers will be charged at the time their order is placed.

Time of Shipment

For handmade items built with LEGO bricks, allow for 1 to 2 days handling time.  For all other orders (t-shirts, mugs, etc.), allow 3 to 5 days handling, prior to shipment of your order.

Cancellations, Refunds, & Exchanges

Because of the customized and handmade nature of Products, we generally do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.  If, upon receipt of your finished Product, you feel that your order was incorrect due to an error on our part, please email contact us within fourteen (14) days of your delivery date.  Claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Returns and Exchanges are easy.

Many of our products are handmade, or customized products.  Because of the customized and handmade nature of these products, we generally do not allow cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

For apparel, mugs, and other merchandise, our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For returns, we will process a refund for the original price of the product, not the shipping costs we paid to get it to you, as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. There may also be a $3 resizing fee if you are going from the S-XL size range, up to a 2X, 3XL, or 4X. The resizing fee only applies if you move between those two size groups. Once we receive your exchange in the mail, we’ll get the replacement out to you as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Original condition is consider as any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to the return address noted on your original package.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address indicated in your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
